A global automotive company is looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting Finance, HR, and IT roles, ensuring operational excellence throughout the recruitment process. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience and the ability to work with executive stakeholders. This hybrid role requires strong interpersonal skills and project management proficiency.

Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

We are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition Partner who shares GM’s drive for excellence and our passion for extraordinary customer care and relationship building. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of stakeholder management, project management proficiency, high level of autonomy and sound situational judgement. Additionally, critical thinking ability, and effective organizational skills are vital in developing and executing recruiting strategies rooted in TA operational excellence.
The selected TA Partner will be mainly responsible for recruiting Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, and IT/Transformation positions
Provide operational excellence during the end-to-end recruitment process, prioritizing a high-touch level of communication and guidance to enable outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences
Act as the subject matter expert and consultant, working with various functional hiring leaders and Human Resource professionals to understand hiring needs and strategic objectives, as well as candidates’ level of experience and desired characteristics or competencies
Communicates and upskills hiring leaders on candidate and new employee needs throughout the interviewing and onboarding process
Attend appropriate HR and business function staff meetings and provide recruiting updates, metrics through strong data judgement analysis proposing appropriate delivery strategies
Employ continuous improvement through consistent re-assessment of recruiting plans, methods, tools and processes
Understands external factors that impact the supply of top talent, GM’s bold position, salary level structure, candidate supply, and candidate requirements for various job categories assessing and consulting on the best approach
Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience (Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, and IT/Transformation positions
Undergraduate degree or relevant recruiting experience
Demonstrated experience with executive/senior level stakeholders
Strong data judgement skills
Experience with Workday strongly preferred
Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders, specifically senior leadership
Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate and work effectively in an evolving environment, communicating effectively with managers, peers and other stakeholders
Ability to challenge in a constructive manner and maintain composure during high pressure situations
