Job Description

  • The Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract top clinical talent, including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and other licensed healthcare providers. This role ensures the organization meets its workforce goals by building strong pipelines, optimizing recruitment processes, and providing a best-in-class candidate experience. The manager will collaborate closely with clinical department heads, HR leadership, and external partners to fulfill critical hiring needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree for any relevant courses.

  • At least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years focused on clinical or healthcare recruitment.

  • Strong understanding of clinical roles, healthcare settings, and credentialing requirements.
