Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or current students with a bachelor's degree.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Quezon City.
• Ability to use email and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates via social media platforms, job portals, and candidate databases.
• Encode and maintain accurate candidate information in the company database.
• Review and screen candidates’ resumes, qualifications, and profiles based on client requirements.
• Conduct candidate assessments and initial interviews.
• Coordinate and submit qualified applicants’ documents to clients through email.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and applicant requirements.
• Communicate with clients through email and other channels to address concerns and provide updates.
• Provide appropriate recommendations and suggestions to clients regarding qualified candidates.
• Assist clients during applicant interviews and assessments.
• Clearly explain the client’s job requirements, qualifications, and expectations to applicants.
• Monitor the recruitment process and coordinate with both clients and applicants to ensure a smooth hiring process.
