Location: Makati, Metro Manila (Hybrid – onsite 1x/week Only)

Etrading Software is looking for a sharp, driven Talent Acquisition Associate with experience in high-volume IT hiring. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to identify top talent quickly, and genuinely cares about candidate experience, we want you. What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, from sourcing to offer.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and calibrate candidates.

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive sourcing and headhunting.

  • Screen for both technical skill and cultural fit.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

  • Keep our ATS updated and hiring metrics in check.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and referral programs.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).

  • Experience handling 12+ open roles at a time with tight timelines.

  • Proven ability to source through LinkedIn, job boards, and creative channels.

  • Comfortable screening candidates for technical skills (e.g., Dev, QA, IT BA, Infra).

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and quick to adapt.

Preferred

  • Background recruiting in fintech or high-growth startups.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Talos, BambooHR, MS Apps).

  • Passion for creating great candidate experiences.
