Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 0-1 year of recruitment or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience with recruitment, HR, customer service, sales or coordination is preferred.
• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets and recruitment systems.
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Post approved vacancies and organize applicant records.
• Schedule interviews and send candidate instructions or reminders.
• Collect requirements and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist recruiters with screening and candidate follow-ups.
