Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will assist the HR Recruitment Department in delivering the operational plan to proactively plan, attract, source, select and maintain a pipeline of existing and potential candidates to meet the volume variable business requirements. He/she will be responsible for external recruitment and may handle other HR services when needed. Act as the main point of contact for BU-Recruitment related queries from employees and clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Proactively recruiting the best candidates based on client’s requirement by studying job requirements from the client.

  2. Sources out best fit recruitment sourcing channels to ensure a pool of talents be available anytime for clients and internal requirements. Safekeep and maintain the Applicants Databank as one of the sourcing channels maintained by the firm.

  3. Effectively manages the internal and external recruiters to make sure that each performs effectively during the employment period. Monitor the productivity of the team and provide necessary documentation needed by the team like timekeeping, certification, daily productivity reports, etc.

  4. Ensures the company’s compliance with the Data Privacy Act while protecting the data from spamming and data breaches.

  5. Strengthen the client & applicant’s relationship to make sure to give an excellent recruitment experience at all times. Initiate meeting with the clients for any clarification on the deliverables.

  6. Assists the immediate head for any admin related works, when necessary.

  7. Can be assigned to other HR services to serve external clients, when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any Human Resources related courses

  • With at least a year experience in handling end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a recruitment or executive search services.

  • Possesses excellent coordination skills, multi-tasker, and can deal with diverse personalities.

  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

  • Flexible and has good communication and organizational skills.
