Job summary

RWS Group is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Tagalog. The role is freelance, remote from the Philippines, with a part-time schedule of 10+ hours per week and immediate start.

You will participate in conversations with AI models, follow prompts, and rate responses for quality. The ideal candidate is a native Tagalog speaker with strong English proficiency (B2-C2) and an interest in AI data tasks such as labeling and QA.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Tagalog.
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (B2-C2).
• Experience with AI data tasks: collection, preprocessing, evaluation, QA, labeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
