Qualifications

3 years in cross-functional support for engineering management or governance.
Power plant or heavy industrial background preferred; licenses/certifications welcome.

Responsibilities

Serve as Systems Integrator aligning Mechanical, Electrical, I&C/DCS, and Reliability & Performance functions.
Monitor and balance the department’s CAPEX and OPEX to meet KPIs and enforce cost control.
Provide governance for CAPEX projects before the IPGC committee.
Lead asset condition reviews and governance over maintenance strategy and LCMP revisions.
Drive process optimization via ETSV Business Process revisions and KPI trending.
