The role directs a group of Support Engineers and ensures alignment with department goals. You will govern CAPEX and OPEX, balance cash flow, maintain utilization KPIs, and enforce cost controls, including final CAPEX reviews before IPGC.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic leader and governance arm for the ETSV Department Head, directing a team of Support Engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, I&C/DCS, and Reliability functions.
• Provide high-level oversight on CAPEX and OPEX tracking, cost control, and asset utilization KPIs; deliver final reviews for CAPEX projects before IPGC.
