Peak Design is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead integrations and troubleshooting across our operations stack. You will partner with wholesale, logistics, and engineering teams to implement scalable, cross-system solutions using NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PLs.

You will diagnose complex issues, design robust integrations, and help evolve our technology landscape while communicating effectively with stakeholders and supporting a remote team across time zones.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, integrations, or backend development.
• Strong experience with integrations, APIs, and data structures (JSON).
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, web platforms such as Shopify, and 3PLs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through ambiguous requirements and define solutions.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and identify root causes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work with a remote team and operate independently (PST core hours).
• Experience building and maintaining integrations across multiple systems (NetSuite, Shopify, 3PLs).

As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading system integrations, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and driving improvements across our systems and workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and implement scalable solutions that support key operational needs. You will also act as a subject matter expert in how systems interact across the organization.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about problem solving, someone who can investigate, dive deep into systems, and figure out what's really going on. You should be able to independently identify root causes, understand how systems are interconnected, and anticipate how changes impact upstream and downstream systems. You are comfortable working with minimal guidance and can effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, integrations, or backend development
• Highly motivated with the ability to break down complex problems and solve them independently
• Strong experience with integrations, APIs, and data structures (comfortable working with JSON)
• Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, web platforms such as Shopify, and 3PLs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through ambiguous requirements and define solutions
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and identify root causes
• Ability to understand how systems interact and how changes impact upstream/downstream processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work with a remote team and operate independently
• Be available and online during core business hours of 9AM - 5PM PST M-F
