Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer to maintain and enhance operation system databases and displays, ensuring data integrity and high system availability. The role involves configuring information for generation facilities and transmission networks, and providing OT support.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in Electrical/Electronic Eng, Power Systems, or Computer Engineering, with senior-level experience and basic networking, cybersecurity, and programming

Qualifications

• Basic networking, protocols and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with programming and hardware architecture.
• Experience with Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems beneficial.
• Understanding of power systems or control centre environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update operational system databases and visual displays to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Configure system information relating to generation facilities, transmission networks and other operational assets.
• Ensure system records are accurate, consistent and properly maintained to support data integrity.
• Assist with the maintenance of supporting infrastructure, equipment and facilities to achieve high system availability.
• Provide technical support for operational technology systems and related engineering facilities.
• Support system monitoring, troubleshooting and routine operational activities.
• Develop or implement automation solutions to improve internal processes and daily operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?
