Job description

Directly reports to Agency Banking Platform Management, SPD and Operations Head and responsible for delivering a complex multi-technology, multi-vendor and/or multi-component program with a high business significance and profile. The role will focus on the successful delivery of the program to accomplish stated business outcomes, on-time and profitable, quality delivery of the agreed contractual commitments, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manages and reviews the project plan of each project manager.
  • Ensures that timeline for all project activities are the most efficient.
  • Regularly checks the work progress for each project and ensures that critical issues are addressed or escalated accordingly.
  • Coordinates with ISG and Channel/Platform Managers, evaluate projects and surfaces issues that may affect delivery and timeline.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT software programming
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in handling technology-based projects and well versed in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Skills in program management, system and business analysis, and supervisory skills
