SUMMARY
We are seeking skilled and client-focused System Administrators to join our growing team. Please note that while the official title is Enterprise Service Desk Analyst, the role primarily focuses on Systems Administration.
This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, Intune, Azure, and core networking functions. Candidates must hold any of the following Microsoft certifications: MS-900, AZ-900, and AZ-104.
You will work directly with clients in an MSP or enterprise environment, ensuring that systems remain stable, secure, and optimized. The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Azure environments.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
- Perform system monitoring, patching, and preventative maintenance.
- Provide client-facing technical support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding users and managing permissions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on escalated issues and system improvements.
- Document processes, configurations, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
- Participate in security initiatives, including MFA platform support and endpoint protection.
- Support network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN) and escalate complex networking issues when required.
- Contribute to system upgrades, migrations, and special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of IT experience (3 years acceptable with strong certifications).
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Azure, and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Microsoft certifications required: MS-900, AZ-900, and AZ-104.
- Proven client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Experience working in MSP or enterprise financial services environments.
