We are looking for a Network & System Administrator Engineer to support and maintain the organization’s network, systems, cloud infrastructure, and security operations.
The role will handle day-to-day infrastructure incidents, system and network administration, AWS and Linux environments, endpoint and access management, connectivity, security monitoring, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, dependable, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with other technical teams.
This is a hybrid role, with occasional onsite support required for urgent activities such as audits, hardware concerns, network activities, and other critical infrastructure requirements.
Manage and resolve system, network, and infrastructure incidents and service requests within assigned areas.
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and recommend preventive actions.
Administer Linux and Windows servers, including system configuration, patching, services, file systems, logs, and basic scripting.
Manage user accounts, identity, access, and permissions across assigned systems and devices.
Support software deployment, endpoint protection, configuration management, and security compliance.
Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, VLANs, wireless, LAN, firewalls, and VPNs.
Manage core network services such as DNS, DHCP, NAT, and IP allocation.
Support connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
Administer assigned AWS infrastructure, including EC2, EBS, S3, IAM, VPC, subnets, security groups, and route tables.
Monitor AWS resources and infrastructure performance, logs, alerts, backups, snapshots, and recovery activities.

Support vulnerability assessment, remediation, system hardening, patching, and secure configuration activities.
Assist with backup validation, redundancy checks, recovery activities, and disaster recovery coordination.
Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, network configurations, incidents, changes, and standard resolutions.
Follow established change and release management procedures when implementing infrastructure changes.
Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to resolve infrastructure and connectivity issues.
Provide first-line technical support across a secondary infrastructure domain when the primary owner is unavailable.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Network and System Administration.
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with AWS and Linux.
Solid knowledge of:
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, EBS, S3, IAM, VPC, security groups, and route tables.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with other teams.
Willing to participate in on-call support for urgent onsite requirements, including audits, hardware issues, and network activities.
Willing to work weekends or extended hours when necessary due to urgent infrastructure or business requirements.
Candidates who are residing near Ortigas or One Ayala are preferred due to occasional onsite requirements.
ASAP availability is highly preferred.
Candidates with at least one relevant certification are preferred:
