Job summary

ERNI Development Center Philippines Inc. seeks a seasoned Systems Analyst to support procurement and financial systems, analyze requirements, and manage data migration and integration. You will work with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure reliable system operations and effective production support.

The role emphasizes Oracle ERP, SDLC mastery, and strong communication in English. Hybrid work setup with onsite presence as needed, based in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, including at least 2 years with senior business users.
• 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP, procurement systems, or financial applications.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing data migration and/or data integration between systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle relational databases, multi-tier architectures, and system integration techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in system development projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex needs into actionable requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities, and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT system owners, business analysts, developers, and end users to support and enhance procurement and financial systems.
• Analyze business and system requirements, translating needs into detailed functional and non-functional specs including user stories.
• Perform data mapping and support data migration and system integration design, implementation, and delivery.
• Review requirements and work products for accuracy, traceability, feasibility, and adherence to standards.
• Prepare test data, conduct system testing, and validate solutions against requirements.
• Support system implementation, enhancements, and ongoing production operations including troubleshooting and user guidance.
• Perform technical tasks such as reviewing/updating PL/SQL and Java code, generating reports, and executing approved data updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve performance and compatibility.
• Document system functionality and facilitate knowledge sharing and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare test data, conduct system testing, and validate developed solutions against business and user requirements.

• Support system implementation, enhancements, and ongoing production operations, including troubleshooting, user guidance, and service desk assistance.

• Perform technical tasks where applicable, including reviewing or updating PL/SQL and Java code, extracting reports, and executing approved data updates while maintaining system integrity.

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, improve system performance, and ensure compatibility between business processes and technical solutions.

• Document system functionality, support knowledge sharing, and learn new tools and technologies as required.
