Job summary

Nexperia seeks a Project Manager – Sustainable Product Compliance to lead sustainability and regulatory compliance initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to evolving customer and ESG requirements across products.

The role involves translating regulations into actionable processes, leading projects on PPWR, ESPR, and DPP, and representing the company in industry working groups while supporting customers on sustainability and product compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
• Experience in sustainability, ESG, product compliance, or regulatory project management.
• Knowledge of circular economy, PPWR, ESPR, DPP, and related sustainability regulations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
