Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the company’s overall sustainability and ESG strategy.

• Ensure integration of sustainability goals across all business units and operations.

• Establish and monitor sustainability policies and programs.

• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and social regulations.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable initiatives.

• Identify sustainability-related risks and opportunities to support long-term business value.

• Represent the organization in industry forums, regulatory bodies, and public engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate social responsibility (CSR).

• Proven track record in developing and implementing enterprise-level sustainability programs.

• Strong knowledge of international sustainability frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory landscapes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
