Job Description

Targets of the Position:

As Technical Management Assistant (Main tasks)

· Technical Management Assistant responsibilities includes and provides technical support in creating the standards of the Stores and Distribution Centers and safe keeping.

· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence.

As Draftsman (other tasks)

· Prepare complete set of plans for Building permit for Municipality submission and for Construction document following the company design standards, building code and municipality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture. (Having a License is a plus)

At least 2 years experience in production of plans.

Responsible in documentation of files.

Knowledgable in using Autocad, Sketchup.

Possesses a dynamic personality, dependable, value the Company standards.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.

Specific Decisions and Responsibilities:

Assist the Development department in creating the store standards and Warehouse standards.

Coordinates with the Draftsmen (Architects and Engineers) on the expected projects for turnover, and inform the Expansion teams for the transmittal.

Document , arrange, safe keep of confidential and non-confidential management files.

Maintain accurate and up to date project documentation, reports, meetings, and agendas.

Prepares design, shop, and as-built drawings as required during the construction, survey, designing, tendering, etc., of projects.

Prepares and/or revises detailed drawings using computer aided design software as required.

Works with Engineers, Architects, surveyors, designers, etc., to ensure accurate drawings are produced.

Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Field Office Administration

Monitors the proper handling of daily updated biomedical accomplishment logbook concerning biomedical repair works.

Approves work order requests forms prior to material orders needed for biomedical repair works.

Checks and verifies filled-up purchase order forms for all materials needed for repair.

Reviews and verifies all return slips and material requisition slips prior to the issuance of any stock available at Material Management Division.

Formulates and establishes estimate and material quantity take-off for all biomedical equipment repair works.

Checks and reviews the preparation of monthly stock materials needed for biomedical equipment repair works.

Monitors, verifies, and acquires from Material Management Division the available stock materials allotted for biomedical equipment repair works.

B. Job Implementation and Execution

Establishes the best possible system or method for a systematic execution of any biomedical equipment repair work.

Performs equipment check and repair on all biomedical equipment in all areas within the Hospital

Performs corrective and preventive maintenance for all biomedical equipment and facility of the Hospital.

Monitors the running conditions of all biomedical equipments and provide reports at all occurring troubles or faults.

Prepares inventory of all defective biomedical equipments and facility.

Performs trouble-shooting at all occurring biomedical equipment problems.

Performs installation of all biomedical equipments and facility.

Supports the Biomed Technician in attending to all department work orders related to biomedical equipments and other repair works.

Prepares and executes timely, accurate assessment, and evaluation of the operating efficiency of all biomedical equipment.

Develops the necessary maintenance checklist for all biomedical equipment to ensure the proper operating efficiency.

Carries out the respective maintenance check on all biomedical equipment according to the prescribed schedule of the manufacturer or schedule prepared by the Hospital.

Conducts spot check on all biomedical equipment to ensure proper usage by Hospital personnel.

Conducts trouble-shooting on all biomedical equipment as the trouble arises.

Carries out minor repair on the affected biomedical equipment.

Recommends the most appropriate repair or service center for all biomedical equipments in coordination with the FMD Head and Assistant FMD Head.

Performs the necessary functions as the Lead Biomedical Equipment Custodian.

Develops and implements accurate and efficient inventory of all the biomedical equipment in use.

Maintains an accurate tabulation on the useful life of all biomedical equipment for purposes of preventive maintenance and disposition or retirement of the said equipment.

Coordinates with the concern departments prior on the proper disposition of any biomedical equipment.

C. Seminars and Trainings

  • Attends seminars, trainings, and work shops relative to fire safety, fire drill, disaster preparation, biomedical technician course, and other related seminars that maybe required.

D. Other Related Tasks or Functions

Relieves the Biomed Technician in case of emergency absences and sick leaves.

Performs such other functions and tasks promptly and immediately as may be assigned or delegated to uphold the interests of the Hospital.

Observes and complies with the existing rules, policies, agreement, and regulations.

Attends in all official meetings.

Undertakes housekeeping and cleaning chores in work areas.

Observes and practices the safety rules and regulations (Performs 5S).

QUALIFICATION

  • At least two (2) years work experience in the administration and maintenance of biomedical equipment or its equivalent; graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering course
