Job summary

LEFORT MEDICAL TRADING CORP. is seeking a Surgical Technician to support the OR team, handing instruments and implants to surgeons and sharing surgical technique guidance to ensure smooth procedures.

The role requires pre-case study of surgeries, instrument inspections, and maintaining sterility plus reporting incidents. Work location is Palawan with a Monday–Friday schedule and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an allied health field (e.g., BS Physical Therapy, Nursing, Medical Technology).
• At least three months of experience as QA Associate or similar function.
• Ability to lift at least 50 kg.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Studies all assigned surgical cases prior to surgery.
• Inspects all instruments and implants to be used.
• Assists surgeons in various cases during surgery.
• Ensures sterility and proper disinfection of instruments post-surgery.
