Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients for their collection and loans requirements such as signing of legal documents; issuance of PDC; submission of requirements and follow up updates.
• Assist buyers on any concerns, relay and update them for any developments.
• Encode, file, type legal documents in the system and transmit notarized documents.
• Accommodate online and face-to-face credit investigation.
• Update necessary reports: Buyer\'s profile, Background profile, and progress report for delinquent buyers.
• Coordinate with other departments for transactions, construction updates, documentation and loans updates.
• Any work related tasks given by superiors.
