Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines (AMPI) is seeking a Section Head, Supply Chain Planning to lead a team responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role oversees capacity optimization across multiple facilities and drives continuous improvement to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related technical field.
• 2–5 years of directly related experience in production planning or materials management within a manufacturing environment (semiconductor or electronics preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems and MES in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling and capacity planning across Probe, Assembly, Test, and Subcontractor facilities to optimize production lots and on-time delivery.
• Own Master Production Schedule and drive continuous improvement to balance factory utilization with demand.
• Coordinate with global AML units, local Operations, and Logistics to resolve delivery requirements and ensure accurate shipment documentation.
• Monitor and improve scheduling performance and track key metrics like OTD and cycle time attainment.
