The newly formed Data, Systems & Digital organization is set to revolutionize Shell's supply chain by driving digitally empowered, world-class operations. This dynamic team will harness the power of GenAI and automation to drive efficiency and collaboration.

What you'll be doing
  • Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic direction, ensure alignment with business objectives, and oversee record management and compliance activities
  • Driving Automation and Innovation: Identify manual processes suitable for automation, implement innovative solutions (e.g., generative AI, digital tools), and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CP Leads, Contract Owners, and other stakeholders to align data processes with business needs and resolve challenges
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements, improve data reliability, and support capability building within the CP Data community.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering or related functions.
  • Strong background in asset/plant/production maintenance and materials management.
  • Proven experience in global category management, strategic supplier management, and supplier segmentation.
  • Familiarity with CP/SC processes (e.g., materials management, warehouse, inventory) and ERP systems like SAP.
  • Proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead virtual teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to understand business requirements, perform risk assessments, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking
