Responsibilities

• Assist in daily monitoring and coordination of supply chain activities.
• Prepare and maintain supply chain-related reports, records, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, deliveries, and order status.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and other departments regarding operational requirements.
• Encode and update data in relevant systems or spreadsheets.
• Assist in tracking purchase orders, deliveries, and other supply chain transactions.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and operational concerns.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of supply chain documentation.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates to the Supply Chain team.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues related to inventory, deliveries, and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
