Job summary

VXNBRAND VENTURES OPC is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for a growing women's fashion brand. The role requires ownership mindset, process efficiency focus, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.

You will lead daily operations across procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution, while negotiating with vendors and coordinating local and international shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience in importation processes and documentation is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
• Experience or a strong interest in the women's fashion or apparel industry is highly preferred.
