Job summary

A retail company in the Philippines seeks a Gap Analyst for their Supply Chain team. In this role, you will evaluate supply performance and identify discrepancies in inventory. Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in supply chain or inventory analysis is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply and inventory levels in Distribution Centers and stores.
• Identify and analyze supply discrepancies and stock gaps.
• Propose and implement strategies to reduce out-of-stock cases.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Store Operations teams.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor supply gaps and fill rates.
