Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director in Cavite to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, warehouse and inventory, QA, and demand & supply planning. This role drives operational efficiency and ensures service levels across the supply chain.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize inventory and distribution, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of progressive supply chain experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple supply chain functions.
• Strong background in logistics, warehousing, inventory management and planning.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, beauty/cosmetics, or distribution operations preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
