Responsibilities
- Understand the business needs and objectives
- Evaluate the supplier’s sales trend as the basis for prioritizing the brands that are worth selling and advertising
- Manages, organizes, and drives the successful completion of team projects.
- Collaborate with clients to determine the goals of team projects and strategize plans to meet those goals
- Oversees agents' workloads and ensures that all assigned tasks are done efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate results/suggestions/solutions to any concerns to other departments and management.
- Develops and implements quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensures the accuracy of the data is met and delivered by the agents promptly.
- Anticipates future demands related to people and technology within your department and implements the best solutions to meet the team's needs.
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions for productivity and behavioral improvement.
- Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews, and weekly presentations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related course
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
- Willing to work on graveyard or shift schedule during peak seasons
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Willing to work full onsite
Schedule: Night shift
Salary Range: The salary will be customized according to their level of experience. Subject to evaluation.
