A leading global solutions provider is seeking a Project Support Specialist in Davao City to provide support on communication and training processes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, training & quality experience, and excellent communication abilities. Must be able to travel within and outside of Metro Manila and work independently. This role offers an opportunity to lead projects and foster partnerships with stakeholders.

Job description

Requires knowledge and experience in Training, Quality, and Project Management; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures and principles. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and stakeholders. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end support on Communication and Training & Quality processes.
  • Deployment to programs within the PH region
  • Responsible for development and implementation of deployment actions
  • Project management (lead or participate in team projects, including ad hoc; offer assistance as and when needed even with indirect involvement)
  • Perform audits for the different countries in scope to ensure the correct processing of the information and procedures for the process in scope.
  • Responsible for development, implementation, and administration of special projects
  • Direct the activities of a team assisting with development of innovative, creative, and proactive project management strategies to meet the project’s goal.
Candidate Profile
  • Responsible in assisting programs within the PH region on Communication and Training & Quality processes.
  • Able to travel and report to work within/outside of Metro Manila.
  • Able to lead projects and work independently with minimal to no direction/supervision.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and processes (preferably Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • MS Office: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to other MS applications.
  • Prior experience in management/supervisory capacity.
  • Training & Quality Solutions experience; demonstrate a clear understanding and first-hand experience of training & quality principles and processes in the following primary functional areas.
  • Capability to build strong working partnerships with stakeholders, including senior leaders across the business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to adapt communication styles suitable to the audience. (CEFR: C1 Level).
  • Results-driven and with experience in delivering projects or initiatives of high quality within required timelines.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiatives and own delivery of results.
  • Preferably with background in Instructional Design.
  • Has basic knowledge of data analysis.
  • Problem-solving skills, positive and constructive attitude are must-haves.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure, ability to work in a high velocity environment.
