Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, flexible hours, start as early as 4:30 AM

About the Role

Join PMI’s digital and Omni-channel sales transformation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives to drive business growth in your territory. You’ll be responsible for volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, distribution, and visibility of the PMFTC portfolio, while monitoring your team’s daily performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach sales team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage territory operations including volume achievement, stock inventory reconciliation, collections, and remittances.
  • Ensure timely collection and status tracking of outstanding accounts receivable (AR).
  • Oversee fleet maintenance and manage the revolving fund.
  • Develop and implement coverage and sales strategies to maximize distribution and visibility.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance among the team.
Skills and Competencies
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year driving manual transmission.
  • 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proven track record of successful sales/marketing projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills.
