Job summary

MicroSourcing is expanding Maples Group operations in Manila. We are hiring a Supervisor – Client Lifecycle Management to mentor 1–4 junior staff, oversee workflow migrations, and ensure high-quality fiduciary service delivery.

The role reports to the AVP and covers contract reviews, risk management, and cross‑border stakeholder coordination in a hybrid Manila setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior capacity within client onboarding, lifecycle management, or fiduciary services.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective global stakeholder management.
• Strong risk management, compliance awareness, and operational risk mitigation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, train, and manage the daily performance of 1–4 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Process & People Leadership: Plan, implement, and supervise daily workflows for direct reports; facilitate training and migration of new processes into the Manila CoE.
• Revenue Opportunities: Oversee contract review allocations across jurisdictions; ensure service caps, data accuracy, streamlined workflows and cross‑border stakeholder expectations.
• Entity Services Management: Lead deliverable allocations and quality control for Delaware and Global Entity Services workstreams; document SOPs.
• DocuSign & Document Filing: Oversee quality control for document execution, streamline filing processes, and publish monthly KPIs for management reporting.
• Risk & Business Process Management: Enforce compliance with policies, report issues to senior leadership, deliver engagements on time, assist AVPs with risk tasks.

Your Role

As a Supervisor – Client Lifecycle Management – Fiduciary, reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President (AVP), you will assist the management team with process migrations, key projects, routine deliverables, and the direct leadership and mentoring of 1–4 junior staff members.

• Process & People Leadership: Plan, implement, and supervise daily workflows for direct reports; facilitate training, continuous learning, and migration of new processes into the Manila CoE.
• Revenue Opportunities: Oversee contract review allocations across jurisdictions, ensure identification of service caps, manage database accuracy, streamline workflows, and manage cross‑border stakeholder expectations.
• Entity Services Management: Lead deliverable allocations and quality control for Delaware and Global Entity Services workstreams, while documenting and optimizing standard operating procedures.
• DocuSign & Document Filing: Oversee quality control for document execution, streamline filing processes, and generate/publish monthly KPIs for management reporting.
• Risk & Business Process Management: Enforce compliance with MFS policies, report business issues to senior leadership, deliver engagements on time, maintain data sensitivity, and assist AVPs with review tasks and ad‑hoc risk reporting.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior capacity within client onboarding, lifecycle management, or fiduciary services.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective global stakeholder management.
• Strong risk management, compliance awareness, and operational risk mitigation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, train, and manage the daily performance of 1–4 direct reports.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Strong knowledge of global corporate structures, contract reviews, and DocuSign workflows.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and business process reporting/KPI tracking tools.
• Proactive mindset with a track record of process improvement and documentation creation.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to manage multiple jurisdictional requirements.
