Your Role

As a Senior Associate, CLCM, you will work under the guidance of team leads and management to deliver high-quality services to internal stakeholders across various business lines:

• Revenue Opportunities: Review assigned contracts to accurately identify fee caps, ensure quality control across jurisdictions, and help streamline core processes.
• Entity & Document Management: Oversee Delaware/Global Entity Services and DocuSign workflows, ensuring accurate task execution, envelope quality control, proper filing, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Process Improvement & Leadership: Assist junior team members, perform review tasks, and step in to cover key operational responsibilities when needed.
• Risk & Compliance: Act in strict accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management policies (MFS guidelines), escalating business issues as necessary.
• Business Process Excellence: Deliver engagements on time, uphold strict data confidentiality, demonstrate high productivity through effective time control, and support ad-hoc reporting projects.
• Continuous Development: Actively build new capabilities through a structured continuous learning plan designed alongside leadership.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Graduate of a 4-year degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer/Technology); fresh graduates or sub-degree holders with relevant experience will be considered.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to take each task seriously.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude, highly flexible, and adaptable to changes.
• Proven background or foundational understanding of accounting, finance, business, or technology operations.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel is a major advantage.
• Experience with process streamlining, quality control review, or document workflow management (e.g., DocuSign).
• Demonstrated ability to build internal/external networks and uphold strict ethical standards when handling sensitive data.
• Proactive approach toward continuous learning and professional development.
