A leading educational institution in Metro Manila seeks a Student Recruitment Director to drive enrollment growth and develop innovative recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in student recruitment and a strong understanding of the higher education landscape. Leadership and marketing skills are crucial, as well as collaboration with executive teams to meet enrollment targets.
The Student Recruitment Director is responsible for reaching new enrollment targets per intake and driving institutional enrollment growth by developing and executing strategic, data-driven, and innovative recruitment initiatives. They shall set the short, medium and long term strategies vision for student recruitment, lead and mentor the student recruitment team, and collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum Experience: At least 10 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a higher education or academic setting is strongly preferred.
Business Understanding: Expertise in student recruitment, enrollment management, marketing, admissions, and financial aid strategies, with a strong grasp of CRM/MarTech tools for recruitment efficiency. Awareness of higher education trends and competitive landscapes is a plus.
