Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process cash and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.
• Handle and safeguard cash and other forms of payment.
• Reconcile daily collections and report discrepancies when necessary.
• Assist students, parents, and clients with payment-related concerns.
• Maintain organized cashiering documents and records.
• Follow established cashiering and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Office and other departments as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
