Trends Group Inc. in Makati is seeking a competent professional to design and estimate Structured Cabling and associated auxiliary systems. You will review Terms of Reference, develop designs, shop drawings, and cost estimates for CCTV, door access, paging, and FDAS systems.

The role involves site meetings, pre-mobilization coordination with the project team, and crafting project implementation schedules during the design phase. Office and on-site work are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s College Degree (ECE/EE) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in design and estimate of Structured Cabling and Auxiliary System.
• Knowledgeable on Structured Cabling System and any Auxiliary (FDAS, CCTV, PA/BGM, DACS); Autocad knowledge; pre-sales background is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Attend Pre-bid meetings for Structured Cabling System and Auxiliary System.
• Analyze and study the Term of Reference provided by the client for project requirements.
• Conduct ocular inspections for project requirements.
• Prepare design, shop drawings and estimates of Structured Cabling and Auxiliary Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Paging, FDAS).
• Attend clarification/construction meetings for design issues on site.
• Coordinate Pre-mobilization with Project Implementation team on site before installation.
• Prepare Project Implementation Schedule and construction methodologies during design stage.
