Job summary

GHD Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Structural Revit Modeller to join our team. You will develop high-quality structural models and detailed design drawings using Revit, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to established standards.

The role includes BIM coordination, model validation, and documentation across Navisworks and BIM 360 platforms. Hybrid work arrangement and regional offices in Makati, Cebu or Quezon City offer flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in structural modelling, design or drafting.
• Strong proficiency in Revit or similar BIM modelling software.
• Good understanding of structural steel detailing and connections.
• BIM workflows and model coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality structural models, detailed designs and contract drawings using Revit.
• Perform technical reviews and quality checks of models, drawings and schedules.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced Structural Revit Modellers to join our team.

In this role, you will develop high-quality structural models and detailed design drawings based on engineering and design information, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects in accordance with established standards and procedures.

What you’ll do

• Develop high-quality structural models, detailed designs, and contract drawings using Revit.
• Perform technical and quality checks of models, drawings, and schedules.
• Support the implementation and coordination of BIM across multidisciplinary projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality documentation that meets client and company standards.
• Work with collaboration and coordination platforms such as Navisworks, BIM 360.
• Develop practical and effective modelling and documentation solutions using established engineering and BIM workflows.

What you’ll bring to the team

• 5 years of relevant experience in structural modelling, design, or drafting, preferably within the engineering consulting industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in Revit, or similar BIM modelling software, with experience in model coordination and clash detection.
• Good understanding of structural steel detailing and connections.
• Strong knowledge of structural drafting, modelling standards, and BIM workflows.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office‑based and work‑from‑home)

This role can be based in our Makati, Quezon City or Cebu office, depending on your home base and location.
