Job summary

GHD Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Structural Bridge Modeler / Structural Revit Modeler to join our team. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Structural Bridge Modeler / Structural Revit Modeler to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, with a strong focus on bridge and structural BIM modelling and documentation.

What you'll do

• Prepare structural models, drawings, and details from concept through to final design, in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Develop Revit models and documentation for a range of steel and concrete structures, including bridges, foundations, substructures, superstructures, culverts, retaining walls, and marine structures.
• Perform technical and quality checks of models, drawings, and schedules.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality project documentation that meets client and company standards.
• Support BIM coordination, including model reviews and clash detection.
• Develop practical and effective modelling and documentation solutions using established engineering and BIM workflows.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant structural modelling or drafting experience, preferably within the engineering consulting industry.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and other relevant BIM modelling tools.
• Proven experience in BIM modelling, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Experience working on bridges and other concrete and steel structures.
• Strong understanding of structural modelling, drafting standards, BIM practices, and documentation workflows.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (office‑based and work‑from‑home)

This position can be based in our Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu office, depending on your home base or location.
