Job summary

CRESS MIRAI Inc. is seeking a skilled Structural Design engineer to join our civil design team in the Philippines. The role focuses on engineering analysis and drawings aligned with Japanese design standards, and BOQ preparation from calculated results.

You will perform design calculations using Engineer's Studio and STAAD.Pro for steel frames and RC, produce reinforcement drawings, and generate BOQ for steel, concrete, and rebar. Office-based work with potential future remote options.

Qualifications

• Graduated from University (Majoring in civil engineering).
• More than 5 years of practical experience in Structural Design (Steel or RC).
• Experience with structural calculation programs: STAAD.Pro, SACS, Engineer's Studio, FORUM8.
• Experience modeling with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Ability to check drawings and instruct CAD Operators.
• No field work or management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Structural analysis is performed based on Japanese design standards. Also making drawings and taking BOQ based on the calculated results.
• Using Engineer's Studio/STAAD Pro, etc., we perform design calculations (steel frames and RC).
• Make Rebar reinforcement drawing
• Take BOQ (Steel/Concrete/Rebar)

Employment conditions

• Graduated from University (Majoing in civil engineering)
• More than 5 years of practical experience of Structural Design (Steel or RC)
• Experienced in design work using structural calculation programs such as STAAD.Pro /SACS (Bentley) /Engineer's Studio (FORUM8)
• Also experience in modeling work using AutoCAD CIVIL3D.
• Capable to check drawings/ Instruct drawing for CAD Operator
• No need to have experience for Field Work and management Skills.

Minimum required skills : AutoCAD(2d) , MS-Excel

Required skills: Staad Pro, SACS, Enginnering Studio,AtuoCAD CIVIL3D, FORUM8, other structurak design software.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Japanese standards for for civil design.
• Japanese Speaker is preferrable
