Job summary

NIU Professionals, Inc. seeks a Civil/Structural engineer to design and analyze telecommunication towers, poles, and other structural components. You will perform structural calculations for wind, seismic, dead, and live loads and prepare drawings and reports.

You will review plans for code compliance, coordinate with project teams, and provide technical support during construction and installation. A related Bachelor's degree and experience in telecom tower design are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in telecommunications/tower structures.
• Knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
