Job Description
- Channel and Partner Development:
- Identify and establish new distribution channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with insurance companies, affinity partners, and other stakeholders
- Product Development:
- Analyze market trends and client needs to conceptualise and launch innovative insurance products
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement product offerings aligned with company strategy
- Brand and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the market.
- Lead marketing campaigns, execute thought leadership and partner engagement events, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Business Strategy and Expansion Support:
- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop and implement strategic initiatives for business growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market opportunities, competitive positioning, and operational enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in business development, consulting sales, or marketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and distribution channels.
Education:- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Skills:- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a professional executive presence.
- Proficient in designing and executing marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
