• Ensure timely and accurate RTA deliverables.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations with the team.
• Lead forecasting and headcount planning, capacity planning, and reporting.
• Develop reports for critical decisions and present data analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders and Site Directors to optimize productivity.
