Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an on-site Inventory Control Specialist in Mandaluyong with 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, receiving, auditing, or manufacturing. You will ensure accurate inventory, verify shipments, and maintain compliant documentation.

The role requires a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with a path to regularization after probation. A performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, dispatch, receiving, auditing or manufacturing.
• Work setup: On-site in Mandaluyong City | Full-time / Probationary with path to regularization.

Responsibilities

• Product Release & Dispatch Verification: Inspect and authorize final outbound shipments.
• Receiving & Delivery Verification: Cross-check actual incoming quantities against official transaction documents.
• Physical Inventory Counts: Conduct routine and spot physical counts of raw materials and finished products.
• Inventory Movement Control: Track and regulate all internal plant stock transfers to prevent unsupported movements.
• Variance Investigation: Identify irregularities, document discrepancies, and promptly report exceptions to management.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain strict records and recommend control improvements to secure plant assets.
• Authority: Granted full authority to freeze unauthorized movements and demand necessary paperwork to complete verification.
