Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, architecture, and integration of business-critical systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, POS, e-commerce platforms).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Define system standards, security protocols, and documentation across applications and databases.
• Design robust architecture that supports modularity, performance, and future enhancements.
• Guide internal and external development teams during the build and deployment phases.
• Evaluate and select tools, platforms, and frameworks aligned with the companys digital and operational roadmap.
• Conduct system reviews, technical assessments, and performance audits regularly.
• Serve as a technical advisor in IT projects, vendor selection, and implementation rollouts.
