Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in procurement with a strong indirect sourcing track record.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management and risk/compliance awareness.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manages vendor relationships including selection, performance review and optimization.
• Develops project briefs, reviews bids, and negotiates contracts with third-party vendors.
• Collaborates with business partners to determine sourcing needs and provide indirect sourcing support.
• Works with legal to draft, negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors.
• Maintains knowledge of existing contracts to navigate extensions and supplier relations.
• Submits purchase orders, obtains approvals and records contracts in sourcing systems.
• Keeps abreast of strategic projects to ensure timely execution of sourcing demands.
