Qualifications
- 8–10 years in solution architecture with at least 5 years in a similar role in banking/financial services
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; advanced degree desirable
- Strong IT infrastructure and architecture knowledge, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Experience with TOGAF, Zachman, or similar architecture frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of banking and financial services industry, including regulations and compliance
- Understanding of digital, cloud, and security trends
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile development practices
