Job summary

SafeStep Philippines is seeking a Social Media Account Manager to coordinate with clients, oversee planning, content creation, and management of social media accounts, and collaborate with the creative team to meet campaign objectives.

You will prepare reports, assess campaign performance, and work with the Business Unit Head and Digital Marketing Strategist to execute plans and generate results, delivering weekly outputs and managing content plans with timely publishing and response handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients and oversee services from planning, content creation, and management of social media accounts.
• Coordinate with the creative team for materials needed by the client.
• Prepare reports and assess the performance of campaigns.
• Work closely with Business Unit Head and Digital Marketing Strategist in executing plans and generating results.
• Deliver weekly reports and generate agreed-upon output.
• In collaboration with teammates, create, execute, and update social media content plans and other applicable requirements designed to meet marketing and campaign objectives.
• Maintain constant awareness of general social trends and conversations related to the scope of work.
• Be available for contact during regular work hours via online and mobile.
• Participation in brainstorming sessions related to creative services and social content.
