Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Cebu is seeking a Quoting Specialist II to join the team and drive costing, estimates, and quotes for complex parts and assemblies. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Site Operations to deliver accurate bids and align lead times in SAP.

The role requires experience with BOMs, drawings, ASME Y14.5, and fabrication processes, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry tools/software for estimating costs.
• Experience in quick-turn, engineer-to-order environments.
• Purchasing/Materials/Material Analyst background preferred.
• Ability to use ERP estimating systems such as SAP, Visual, and Microsoft Excel.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and problem-solving methodologies.
• ASME Y14.5 drawing interpretation.
• Sheet metal and machining fabrication experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD solutions such as SolidWorks and EPDM.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Costing and estimating in collaboration with Sales, SCM, and Site Operations.
• Coordinate deliverables with accounts management and load price and lead times in SAP.
• Interface with internal and external customers on part cost discussions.
• Understand customer BOMs and MAKE/BUY decisions.
• Organize Bills of Material and analyze requirements.
• Lead Kick-Off calls and review quote data packages.
