Job summary

HRT People Solutions, Inc. is seeking a proactive Program Manager to drive initiatives across the organization and bridge strategy and execution within our client's BPO-focused operations.

You will lead cross-functional programs and translate business strategies into actionable workstreams. You will oversee the full program lifecycle, coordinate with operations, product, and engineering, maintain dashboards, and identify bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Program Management, Project Management, or Business PM.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven operations.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (operations, product, engineering).
• Familiar with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar PM tools; Salesforce is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven performance tracking.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
• Translate business strategies into structured project plans and actionable workstreams.
• Oversee the full program lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, execution, monitoring, and post-project analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, progress reports, and risk assessments for leadership.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
