You will review POs, monitor deliveries, and maintain cost records, ensuring timely, accurate procurement that meets company standards and supports operational needs. This role requires strong negotiation, data accuracy, and the ability to prepare cost-saving reports to drive improvements and optimize procurement

Qualifications

• Good negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
• Ability to review and place purchase orders accurately.
• Monitoring payments and deliveries with attention to specifications.
• Maintaining purchase and pricing records for cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, make a deal, and purchase items (products and/or services), maintain a good relationship with vendor. Gather information and monitor price fluctuations in order to get best price with high quality
• Review and place the purchase order (PO) with approved price and materials in order to ensure all purchased items are produced in accordance with company standards
• Monitor payment progress and items delivery to ensure all users get the items on time with the right specification
• Maintain purchase and pricing records in order to identify cost efficiency opportunities
• Prepare cost saving reports based on negotiation, price request report, purchasing report to allow procurement team identify areas for improvement
