Schneider Electric is seeking a Procurement Program Leader for FC RM Cavite to drive strategic procurement projects from opportunity to closure. You will coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver on time, within scope, and with measurable benefits.

The role emphasizes strengthening material cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and sustainability while leading cross-functional teams and strategic negotiations. A strong PM discipline is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from opportunity identification through implementation.
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement projects from opportunity identification through qualification, implementation, stabilization, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, business case, milestones, resources, governance, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, dependencies, risks, actions, and key decisions.
• Lead project reviews, track actions, remove roadblocks, and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Ensure successful project implementation and handover to the appropriate operational owner.
