Job summary

GCash in the Philippines is seeking a Portfolio/Program Manager to align portfolio activities with the organization's strategies and communicate clear direction to teams across the company.

You will identify dependencies between projects, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, monitor risks, and generate regular KPI and performance reports for senior leadership in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; MBA or related PM field preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects and product development.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience managing resources with different skill sets for agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio activities align with organizational strategies and communicate direction to teams.
• Identify and track dependencies between projects across tribes.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies; report portfolio health and KPIs to leadership.
• Collaborate to assess risks and determine mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review risk exposure and report risk status to leadership.
